The relevance of the project
1. Gas turbine units (GTU) are key equipment in the oil and gas industry, however, their critical technologies, pricing and service were controlled for a long time foreign companies.
2. The existing equipment is outdated, which leads to frequent failures, complex and prolonged maintenance, and also creates risks for industrial safety.
State strategy : In accordance with the China Development Plan on the 14th five-year plan, special attention is paid to the localization and modernization of gas turbine technologies. Test stands of the GTU play a key role in the implementation of the strategy of technological sovereignty.
The objectives of the project
The main tasks
1. Modernization of the existing test bench (originally built by the Canadian company MDS) for testing 8 models of GTU, including LM2500, RB211 and FT8.
2. Development of localized solutions, including combustion management algorithms and standardized technical solutions.
The volume of work
1. The hardware: modernization of the stand, fuel systems, intake/release systems, vibrations, etc.
2. Software: testing system (I-PowerSight), simulators (OTS), data collection and analysis platform.
Key technology
Modernization of equipment
1. Fuel systems: new modules for RB211 and LM2500 with integrated sensors, regulating valves and multi -channel collectors.
2. Aerodynamics: Stream Modeling using ANSYS FLUENT (PPD of pressure restoration ≥ 0.987, consumption 95 kg/s).

1. Architecture '1+2+n ':
1 operating system (SUPOS)
· 2 automation levels (PA/BA)
· N industrial applications (vibratingum, automatic launch, etc.)
2. Special control algorithms for GE, RR and other GTUs.
Safety and monitoring : integration of exhaust gas analysis systems, acoustic measurements and protection against vibrations.
