TCS-500
TCS-500 can be used in emergency stop systems (ESD), fire and gas detection systems (F&G) and other areas.
The system is characterized by compact dimensions, high layout density and configuration flexibility, which makes it especially suitable for use with limited space or distributed architecture.
Powerful inter-station and third-party communication capabilities of the TCS-500 fully satisfy the requirements of integration and interaction with other systems.

• QMR (Quad Modular Redundance) - four -fold modular redundancy.
• DMR (Dual Modular Redundance) - double modular redundancy.
• SIL3 (Safety Integrity Level 3) - the third level of completeness of security.

The advantage of the product
1. High security level
Uses four -time 2004D architecture and a two -time 1002D architecture certified by Tüv Süd according to the SIL3 standard.
2. Fully reserved fault -resistant architecture
The system supports degradation according to the 4-2-1-1-0 / 2-1-0 scheme, all modules allow a backup configuration, hot replacement and have advanced self-diagnosis functions.
3. Compact structure with high placement density
Chassis dimensions: 480 × 290 mm, each standard cabinet supports up to 300 hardware points.
4. The flexibility of the configuration
• Modules support:
• Compact location of single boards,
• reserved configuration,
• hybrid schemes (single + reserve boards).
• The tire supports 4 types of topologies:
• linear,
• Star -shaped,
• Ring,
• Double ring.
• The expansion of the input and output (I/O) maintains a distance of up to 10 km.
Notes in terms:
• 2004D / 1002D- designations of architectures with 4- and 2-channel redundancy (similarly to QMR / DMR).
• 4-2-1-1-0 / 2-1-0-system degradation schemes for failure (for example, 4 → 2 → 1 → 1 → 0 channels).
• Hot replacement = hot switching (Hot SWAP).
• Hard points-hardware points of input and output (physical channels).
