1. High reliability

The TCS-900 is a specialized solution developed to ensure the safety of critical processes at the continuous cycle enterprises. The system meets all international IEC standards and is able to work reliably even in strict operating conditions. TCS-900 passed strict tests and received a SIL3 certificate from Tüv Rheinland, confirming its highest reliability.

2. Three -module reserved architecture (TMR)

The system uses triple modular redundancy (TMR) at all levels - from the input modules to the controller and output circuits. Each module includes three independent data transfer channels with galvanic interchange. Controllers simultaneously process the input signals, perform calculations and form the weekend commands. In case of refusal, the system ** for nanoseconds switches to the backup channel without the need to transition to a reserve controller.

3. The five -level voting mechanism

The TCS-900 has implemented a five-level voting system that provides uninterrupted and unmistakable operation of the technological process.
