Module installation instructions
1. Precautions
Put antistatic gloves before starting work.
2. Consumed check
Make sure the type of module corresponds to the slot:
• Data interfaces → M01 slots, m02 of the main chassis
• Other modules → slots m03-m18
* Note:* modules of phase marks/rotation frequencies are installed in the slots M03, M04 in the first place.
3. Inspection of connectors
Check the integrity of the contact pins on the rear panel of the module.
4. Installation of the rotation axis
Combine the rotary pin of the module with the guide groove of the slot.
5. Fixation of the module
Smoothly insert the lower part of the module into the slot to click.
6. Fastening
Tighten the fasteners of 0.6-0.8 N · m.
7. Check
After feeding, make sure of normal indication:
• Green: working mode
• Red: error
• FIRE: Initialization
