The Autonomous Mobile Handling Robot (AMR) includes the EMMA-K, EMMA-L, and OMNI series, with a load range of 400kg-5T. It adopts Laser SLAM+Vision+IMU hybrid navigation technology, enabling autonomous path planning and real-time adjustment. Some models are equipped with a lifting device with a rotating plate, achieving a docking accuracy of ±2mm. It has a single-charge runtime of ≥8h and can be fully charged in 1.5h, suitable for automated material handling in multiple indoor scenarios, effectively improving operational efficiency and safety.

1. High-Precision Navigation and Docking: Adopting Laser SLAM+Vision+IMU hybrid navigation, the positioning accuracy reaches ±10mm/±1°. The EMMA-K series achieves even better accuracy of ±2mm/±0.2° when docking with QR codes, enabling precise docking with shelves or workstations and significantly reducing manual adjustment costs.

2. Wide Load Range and Flexible Configuration: The load range extends from 400kg to 5T. The EMMA-L series supports customization of internal or top-mounted sensors and mechanisms, while the OMNI series features 360° omni-directional drive, allowing multi-angle material transfer in narrow spaces to adapt to diverse operational needs.

3. Long Runtime and Fast Charging: Equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery, the EMMA-K and EMMA-L series have a single-charge runtime of ≥8h and a charging time of ≤1.5h, with a daily operational duration of over 10h, significantly reducing equipment downtime due to charging.

4. Strong Environmental Adaptability: It can adapt to a ground unevenness of ≤3mm within 1m², a slope of ≤5% (3°), and a maximum gap tolerance of 35mm, meeting the ground environment requirements of workshops in electronics, automotive, and other industries.

5. Comprehensive Safety Protection: Standard-equipped with front and rear laser sensors and dual cameras (top + bottom), with an optional 3D camera. It can detect obstacles in real time and avoid collisions, reducing the collision risk during material handling.

EMMA-K Series (Taking EMMA 1500K as an Example): Rated load of 1500kg, overall dimensions of 1174mm (length) × 814mm (width) × 263mm (height), adopts Laser SLAM+Vision+IMU hybrid navigation, docking accuracy of ±2mm/±0.2°, lifting stroke of 60mm, runtime of ≥8h, charging time of ≤1.5h, and differential drive.

EMMA-L Series (Taking EMMA 2000L as an Example): Rated load of 2000kg, overall dimensions of 1043mm (length) × 801mm (width) × 301mm (height), same navigation method as the EMMA-K series, docking accuracy of ±2mm/±0.5°, lifting stroke of 75mm, runtime of ≥8h, charging time of ≤1.5h, and differential drive.

  3. OMNI Series (Taking OMNI 5T as an Example): Rated load of 5000kg, customizable overall dimensions, adopts Laser SLAM+Vision+IMU navigation, docking accuracy of ±2mm/±0.5°, lifting stroke of 100mm, runtime of ≥8h, and 360° omni-directional drive.


1. E-commerce Warehouse Picking and Handling: It can connect to the WMS system to receive handling tasks, autonomously plan paths to transport 400-2000kg goods to picking positions, improving warehouse sorting efficiency while reducing manual handling intensity.

2. Electronics Factory Material Transfer: It transports PCB boards and electronic component pallets in clean workshops. The 360° omni-directional drive of the OMNI series enables flexible steering in narrow aisles, perfectly adapting to workshop layouts.

3. Automotive Parts Workshop Distribution: It can accurately deliver engine parts, chassis components, etc., to workstations according to the production line rhythm. The docking accuracy of ±2mm avoids material shortages or accumulation, ensuring production continuity.

4. Pharmaceutical Warehouse Material Management: It supports customized dust-proof and anti-static configurations, can transport pharmaceutical raw materials or finished product pallets, and precise navigation avoids incorrect material placement, complying with pharmaceutical warehouse management standards.
