1. High Safety & Human-Robot Collaboration: Built-in collision detection function, certified by EU CE and CMA, it can work collaboratively with humans directly without safety fence isolation. The body adopts 48V safe power supply, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment in industrial environments.

2. Easy Operation for Beginners: Supports drag teaching, visual programming and offline programming remote training. No proficiency in programming language is required, even inexperienced industrial operators can get started quickly, reducing enterprise training costs.

3. Fast & Flexible Deployment: It takes an average of 1 hour to complete the deployment on industrial production lines. With a compact size and easy installation and disassembly, it can be superimposed on existing production lines (such as case packing & palletizing lines, CNC production lines) without affecting the normal operation of the original lines.

4. Wide Load Coverage & High Adaptability: Provides multiple load models from 2kg (CI-02) to 30kg (CI-30), with a working radius of 582mm~1650mm, which can meet the diverse needs from lightweight screw locking in 3C electronics to heavy industrial case packing & palletizing.

5. Strong Weather Resistance in Industrial Environments: Adapts to industrial environments of -10℃~60℃ (no condensation). The control box adopts a standardized design, which can operate stably in workshops with dust and large temperature differences, reducing equipment failure downtime.

  1. Load Range CI-02 (2kg), CI-10 (10kg), CI-20 (20kg), CI-30 (30kg)

  2. Working Radius CI-02 (582mm), CI-10 (1300mm), CI-30 (1300mm), CI-20 (1650mm)

  3. Degrees of Freedom All models have 6 rotating joints, meeting the multi-directional operation needs in industrial scenarios

  4. Maximum Speed CI-10 (3m/s), CI-20 (4m/s), CI-30 (2m/s), adapting to different industrial operation efficiency requirements

  5. Ambient Temperature -10℃~60℃ (no condensation; CI-30: 0~50℃), suitable for most industrial workshop environments

  6. Communication Interface TCP/IP 100Mbit, ModbusTCP, 485 communication, supporting data networking and remote monitoring of industrial production lines

  7. Human-Robot Collaboration Functions Collision detection, drag teaching, safety zone setting, 48V power supply for the body

  8. Certification Standard EU CE Certification, CMA Certification

1. Industrial Case Packing & Palletizing: Adapted to scenarios such as food packaging and logistics warehousing. Through 10~30kg load models (such as CI-10, CI-30), it realizes automatic case packing and palletizing operations, replacing manual handling, improving work efficiency by more than 30%, and reducing the risk of handling injuries.

2. CNC Machine Tool Loading & Unloading: Equipped with CI-05 (5kg) and CI-10 (10kg) models, it accurately grabs and places workpieces for machine tools, avoiding manual operation errors, ensuring processing accuracy, and realizing 24-hour continuous operation to improve machine tool utilization.

3. 3C Electronics Screw Locking: Using lightweight load models CI-02 (2kg) and CI-03 (3kg), it realizes high-precision locking through visual programming, adapting to production lines of electronic products such as mobile phones and computers, solving the problems of uneven force and low efficiency of manual screw locking.

4. Industrial Welding & Spraying: Adapted to the automotive and parts, hardware and home appliance industries. The robot can stably complete welding and spraying operations according to the preset trajectory, reducing the safety risks of manual contact with high temperature and coatings, and ensuring uniform welds and flat coatings.
