TG-403 Gas Chromatograph Analyzer

The TG-403/GS-101WLC cabinet-type online chromatographic analyzer features a fully automated sampling system for 24/7 unmanned operation. It automatically analyzes total hydrocarbons (THC) and acetylene in liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, transmitting multi-component concentrations and total hydrocarbon values to DCS systems via RS232, RS485, or 4-20mA signals for real-time monitoring.
Equipped with a touchscreen display and built-in chromatographic workstation, the GS-101WLC analyzer enables direct result viewing, while its Ethernet interface supports networked operation and remote diagnostics. As a process control instrument for hydrocarbon monitoring in petroleum, chemical, steel, and gas industries, it delivers high separation efficiency for challenging components (C1-C4), with superior sensitivity meeting national standard requirements.
